Any Pen Chalet customer is eligible for our Ink Rewards. You just need a Pen Chalet account and can enroll with a valid email address. Click the "Join Ink Rewards" button above to get started.
Q:How do I join the Pen Chalet Ink Rewards program?

If you already have an account with Pen Chalet but haven't enrolled, login & click the "Enroll today to receive FREE Ink!" link under the "Pen Chalet Ink Rewards" on the main account page. If you do not have an account, click the "Register & Join" button above.
Q:How do I earn "ink drop" points?
A:
After you have registered, sign in to your Pen Chalet account and then place an order for your favorite fountain pens, inks or other writing instruments. "Ink Drops" or points will automatically accumulate, 1 "ink drop" for every $10 spent with a max of 25 "ink drops" at one time can be stored. Select brands do not qualify.*
Q:How do I redeem "ink drop" points?

Redeeming "ink drop" points is simple! Just login to your account once you have earned enough "ink drops" and start an order. Select any items you would like, add them to your shopping cart and the discount will be automatically deducted from your order. Q:Can I redeem my "ink drop" points if my current order exceeds the 25 "ink drops"?
A:
No, "ink drops" cannot be applied until the following order after you have accumulated enough "ink drops".
Q:What items can I redeem my "ink drop" points for?

Ink rewards can be used for any qualifying items.* If you select an item over $20 you must pay any additional fees.
