Not a bad ink really. Was surprised by the color. Perhaps it is just me but when an ink is named ebony one thinks of it being more on the black end of the color spectrum not brown. Use a pen the is a wet writer as this ink leans dry.

This Poppy red ink in my opinion is a very pleasing red, it POPS out on the paper, if you desire a red ink that is bright and cherry red, I suggest this one. Great service from Pen Chalet, fast, and reliable.
